OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept exchanges that are in their original condition however exchanges of sale items are at our descretion and are bot not guaranteed. Original condition being, unworn, unused unwashed, brand new with no odours. Our returns policy lasts 14days, for items to be exchanged or for a credit issued. Garments must have original packaging and swing tags attached.
For any exchange or returns outside of the 14 day timeframe will not be accepted, unless clearance given by staff as BADAS HQ
There are no returns or exchanges on clearance stock.

The 14 day timeframe for exchanges and returns starts when your parcel is delivered. You will need to contact us at the above email to start the process to return your purchased item/items.
Please provide your name and order number when contacting us to start the exchange/return process.
All exchange/return shipping and difference in price costs will be at the expense of the customer exchanging/returning any items. Our address will be given for exchanges/returns once approval has been given.
Please note we have the right to refuse the exchange or return if the item/s is not in brand new condition and show signs of being worn, used or washed, this also includes the smell of perfume on garments. The exchange/return garments need to be at a resalable standard.
We absolutely take responsibility where a garment or print is faulty, however there is very clear difference between print/garment defect, wear and tear and customer damage. We need to receive the garment/s at HQ so we can review, analyse and determine the cause of the defect.
Once we receive the garment back and have a conclusion we will either replace the item if in stock, issue a refund or a credit depending on the reason for defect.
Please note we do not provide refunds or credit for any defect caused by the customer and general wear and tear.
All refunds and credits will be to the full price of the garment, we will refund shipping costs where the fault is ours.
If you receive an incorrect item in your order or the incorrect size please contact us at email@example.com DO NOT message us on social media as these are rarely checked.
We will send you a courier bag for the incorrect item to be returned, this will be sent with the correct item if it is in stock or upon return of the item and inspection conducted a refund will be issued.
Where we have sent an incorrect item/size it must be returned within the 14day timeframe and it must be in brand new condition with tags. Brand new being unused, unwashed, unworn and no odours.
**PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR WHEN PURCHASING/EXCHANGING ITEMS - we will offer a credit for the difference when exchanges occur or a credit for the whole amount if an order is cancelled.
